Existing customers wishing to report a problem or check on RMA status, please fill out the form below and press "SUBMIT".

Please note that in order for FEDD to efficiently process any returned materials, the customer must obtain a Return of Material Authorization (RMA) number from FEDD prior to the material's return. The RMA is obtained by contacting the factory in Houston by phone at (832-375-0807) or by e-mail.

When requesting the RMA, the customer is asked to supply the following information:

1.) Company name
2.) Product and part number
3.) Product serial number
4.) Reason for return
5.) Application
6.) Customer contact plus phone number and e-mail address

Note that any unit used in a plant environment must be properly cleaned in accordance with OSHA standards before being returned to the factory.
